Role:
Senior Manager, Treasury
Location:
  • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
  • Travel Expectations: Up to 10%

What you'll do
  • Lead end-to-end Kyriba and broader Treasury Management System delivery across complex implementations and optimizations, overseeing requirements, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, training, and deployment. Apply deep expertise across multiple modules with minimal oversight while introducing innovative, value-driven use cases.
  • Own delivery quality across a portfolio of concurrent engagements, ensuring consistent execution, high-quality deliverables, strong client satisfaction, and healthy engagement economics. Provide timely QA across solution design, configuration, and key project artifacts while proactively managing risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for project and workstream challenges, driving resolution independently and maintaining clear, executive-level communication with client stakeholders to reinforce trust and credibility.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Identify opportunities to expand engagements and shape long-term client roadmaps that align Treasury solutions with broader business objectives.
  • Lead business development efforts across the full sales lifecycle, including originating opportunities, driving expansions, supporting new logo pursuits, and collaborating across practices. Contribute to proposal development, scoping, pricing, and positioning of Clearsulting's capabilities.
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams by coaching and mentoring team members across levels, ensuring consistency in delivery, and fostering a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement. Develop reusable tools, playbooks, and accelerators to scale team effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage engagement economics across the portfolio, including profitability, utilization, and delivery performance. Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to ensure strong financial outcomes.
  • Balance client delivery responsibilities with contributions to practice growth, including developing methodologies, tools, and innovations that enhance Clearsulting's Treasury offerings and market differentiation.

What You'll Bring:
  • 6-7+ years in professional services in a delivery role
  • 3+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
  • At least 2 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered), demonstrating strong functional + technical depth
  • Strong project management capability, including workplan ownership, milestone tracking, RAID/risk management, status reporting, change management, and engagement economics/communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear stakeholder-ready messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple projects, maintaining timelines and setting appropriate expectations internally and externally.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Ability to drive strategy and continuous improvement in delivery approach and sales outcomes (methods, accelerators, playbooks).
  • TMS subject-matter expertise in advisory work (treasury assessments, process transformation, vendor/system selections) and implementations.
  • Experience leading or co-leading sales pursuits, including shaping solution approach and presenting to clients (a lighter version of Director-level pursuit leadership).

The compensation range for this position is $144,000 - $186,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
