  • Partner with stakeholders to improve system stability and usability.
Documentation & Training
  • Create detailed documentation for workflows, reports, automation routines, and security configurations.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

  • Reliable Business Event automations and notification workflows.
  • Documented security roles, access rights, and user administration procedures.
  • Root-cause analysis documentation for resolved workflow and technical issues.
  • Process documentation and knowledge transfer materials for end users and administrators.

This engagement is focused on Acumatica configuration, optimization, and business process improvement. The following activities are outside the scope of the project:
  • Custom C# software development.
  • Complex DLL or source-code modifications.
  • Development of custom third-party integrations.
  • Creation of standalone software tools.
The consultant may provide recommendations regarding APIs, integrations, and system optimization but will not be responsible for developing custom integration solutions.
