  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and partner SEs; co-sell, co-strategize, and win together in the field
  • Lead deep discovery sessions that go beyond the surface, uncovering real business challenges, technical gaps, and future-state goals
  • Architect and configure solutions across the NetApp portfolio (ONTAP, SAN, NAS, block, file, hybrid cloud, and data protection) tailored to customer environments
  • Support a mix of opportunities simultaneously, from net-new logo pursuits to highly strategic, long-cycle enterprise deals
  • Drive protect-and-expand motions within existing accounts while identifying and capturing whitespace opportunities
  • Engage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Professional Services to deliver seamless outcomes
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas that elevate customer conversations and differentiate NetApp
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles
  • Strong background in infrastructure technologies,  storage and storage-adjacent solutions are essential
  • Deep knowledge of on-prem environments including SAN, NAS, block, and file, and how they integrate into broader architectures
  • Experience designing and configuring solutions within customer environments, translating requirements into real, deployable outcomes
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization platforms, and data protection/disaster recovery strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously across different stages, priorities, and customer types
  • Experience working within and alongside channel partners, including partner SE alignment and joint execution
  • Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, designing for both immediate impact and long-term growth
