Senior IT & Network Systems Administrator (Part-Time) About Four Sea Group, Inc.

About the role

Four Sea Group is seeking a part-time Senior IT & Network Systems Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, endpoint, network, backup, collaboration, and physical office technology environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive IT, systems administration, network administration, cloud administration, and security operations experience. This is a senior hands‑on role for someone who can operate independently, improve security posture, troubleshoot complex issues, support users, and maintain reliable IT operations across a small government contractor environment.

What you’ll do
  • Administer and secure Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Defender, Sentinel, Conditional Access, Autopilot, and Windows Update configurations.
  • Manage endpoint provisioning, Windows 11 hardening, vulnerability remediation, CIS benchmark remediation, device compliance, application deployment, and user support.
  • Support AWS services, including IAM / SSO, S3, CloudFront, and CodeDeploy.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Juniper network equipment, JunOS configurations, LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi‑Fi, routing, switching, and related network infrastructure.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions, data organization, access controls, and collaboration structure.
  • Support Commvault backups, Zoom for Business, Zoom Rooms, Logitech conferencing equipment, printers, office IT equipment, and other physical technology assets.
  • Support macOS device management, Jamf, Rippling authentication workflows, and general employee technical support.
  • Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and repeatable technical processes.
  • Support CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, CUI handling, audit evidence collection, and secure separation between multiple environments.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in IT systems administration, network administration, cloud administration, endpoint management, security operations, or related infrastructure support roles.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Conditional Access, and Windows endpoint management.
  • Experience supporting AWS, enterprise networking, backup operations, collaboration tools, and physical office technology.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across identity, endpoint, cloud, network, security, and user support areas.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to create reliable, repeatable IT processes.
  • Ability to work in the Denver, Colorado area, within a hybrid environment, and provide on‑site support when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a government contractor, defense contractor, or regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, CUI handling, GCC High, or Microsoft compliance tooling.
  • Experience with Juniper / JunOS, Commvault, Jamf, macOS, Zoom Rooms, Logitech conference systems, and SharePoint information architecture.
  • Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, Cisco, Juniper, or security‑related certifications.
Salary

The salary range for this role is $95,000–$130,000 per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Four Sea Group, Inc. considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, key skills, and market conditions.
