Independently support Healthy Planet Compass Rose initiatives

Create and maintain registries

Design, build, and optimize SDOH workflows

Support Remote Patient Monitoring program expansion

Perform daily maintenance activities, including service requests and minor optimizations

Analyze and diagnose complex system issues

Identify root causes and develop solutions or escalate as appropriate

Design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support Epic applications

Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions

Configure, test, implement, and maintain application workflows

Collaborate with operational stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support

Troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions, and maintain technical documentation

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and monthly updates

Serve as a subject matter expert for application functionality and workflows

Lead and support complex application projects as assigned
