• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate suicide risk and develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy in challenging environments, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Collaborate effectively with medical and support staff to create comprehensive diagnoses and management strategies for psychiatric conditions.
• Prepare detailed clinical reports that outline treatment progress and recommendations for ongoing patient care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and document care effectively, complying with ethical standards and mandated reporting regulations.
• Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring all members are informed and aligned in patient care approaches.
• Deliver therapeutic services, providing education and supportive counseling tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
• Offer on-call crisis services during working hours and perform emergency consultations as required.
• Administer full mental health evaluations, taking into account any criminal history and substance abuse issues.

Your primary focus will be clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly mothers and underserved community members, who may be facing mental health challenges exacerbated by socioeconomic factors. Your role will not only be integral in providing one-on-one therapy but also in empowering clients through education and resource connection, ultimately fostering resilience and growth.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Capacity to manage a diverse caseload and work collaboratively with extensive provider networks.
• A strong commitment to improving patient lives and a deep understanding of behavioral health care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and computer applications relevant to clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in email and electronic formats.
• A valid driver’s license and availability to conduct on-site visits to veteran homes as needed.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments, community outreach, and addressing substance abuse and welfare issues.
• A knowledge base regarding co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.
• Previous work with diverse populations and in community health settings is highly desirable.

The base salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
