  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans that address their mental health concerns.
  • Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your training to ensure safety and stability during these critical times.
  • Regularly consult with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and address any client needs holistically.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions to comply with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
  • Actively participate in continuous professional development opportunities to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.
  • Contribute to program development by suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our counseling services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor at Grow Psychotherapy Center, you will work closely with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and various emotional difficulties. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
  • Strong commitment to providing inclusive and affirming care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families is preferred but not mandatory.
