This role offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work setting, allowing you to perform your counseling duties from the comfort of your own home. You will be equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in a telehealth environment, including access to electronic health records (EHRs) and communication platforms. This position adheres to regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities, affording you a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, utilizing a comprehensive approach that promotes trust and transparency.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of your clients effectively.
• Collaborate with various treatment team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care that integrates multiple perspectives for improved outcomes.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing essential support and resources that enhance overall treatment efficacy.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with organizational and legal regulations, ensuring that all client information is accurate and confidential.

This position involves working with a wide range of clients, including adolescents and young adults who present with various mental health concerns. All clients are pre-screened for stability, allowing you to focus on implementing therapeutic interventions without the added complexity of high-acuity cases.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in telehealth therapy methodologies, particularly with adolescent and young adult populations.
• Strong skills in technology and computer navigation, specifically utilizing platforms such as Google Suite and EHR systems for session documentation and communication.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are critical, as you will need to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Professional demeanor and presentation must be maintained at all times while fostering a warm and engaging rapport with clients.

• At least 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is preferred, showcasing your ability to apply best practices in clinical work.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development through participation in training related to our evidence-based care pathways.
• Ability to work independently from home, ensuring you have a reliable internet connection and a private setting to maintain client confidentiality.

• This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
