This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth methods to conduct therapy sessions. • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough remote assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring comprehensive understanding at the outset of therapy.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are both culturally sensitive and consider the client's personal values and circumstances.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other clinicians and community partners, to coordinate care and ensure clients receive holistic support.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and assessments, ensuring compliance with agency standards and ethical guidelines.

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with clients across different age groups and demographic segments. • Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must hold full licensure to practice without supervision, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Ability to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic and engaging nature to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in computer systems and telehealth technologies is essential for effective documentation and client communication.

• Experience working in telehealth settings or familiarity with remote counseling technologies is preferred.
• Previous experience within community mental health or collaborative care models can enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or person-centered therapy is advantageous.

• Your annual salary will range from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your caseload and individual experience.
