Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst (Junior to Mid-Level) to support ongoing analytics operations, reporting, and performance tracking for marketing initiatives and agency management. This role will focus on data preparation, recurring reporting, analytical validation, and test analysis, with an emphasis on producing actionable insights and ensuring data integrity across multiple data sources.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare and deliver weekly marketing performance reports, including:
    • Data cleaning and validation
    • Data organization and structuring
    • Audit checks for accuracy and completeness
    • Summary insights and key takeaways
  • Build and maintain repeatable reporting processes and templates
Data Validation & Reconciliation
  • Conduct data comparisons between agency reporting and internal data sources
  • Identify discrepancies and determine root causes
  • Provide documentation and recommendations to improve alignment and reporting accuracy
Marketing Test Tracking & Analysis
  • Track and maintain a centralized log of marketing tests (A/B and multivariate)
  • Analyze test results, including:

Monthly Performance Analysis
  • Develop monthly performance review reports covering:
