Summary:
Maintain regular communication with vendor representatives • Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues • Investigate end users' preference while making build decisions • Analyze business operations as they relate to build decisions • Analyze new functionality in releases to determine how it should be used • Review software, coordinate and test updates. • Review and test each new release. • Analyze data conversion needs. • Ensure that data coming across an interface meets the business need • Follow established policies and procedures for System. • Troubleshoot problems and questions from end users. • Responsible for timely management of all assignments, including ticket management and maintaining an up to date status in tracking system. • Tracks time to work efforts assigned and maintains time card appropriately. • Must execute text plans/scripts and provide input to maintain accuracy while keeping the content current. • Engages with other teams in coordination of work effort. • Assist with onboarding and precepting Level I analysts. • Act independently and manage meetings as needed. • Maintain professionalism in actions and words. • Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
4 years IT experience with no degree. • Health Care experience preferred but not required • Expected to achieve software certification based on vendor recommendations and department requirements for application(s) supported within 6 months. Skills: • Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines. • Demonstrates the ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization and user community, which directly influences how the system will be built. • Has gained and able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software and how it meets customer needs. • Possesses an understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements. • Ability to integrate process steps and handoffs across disciplines / departments and drive teams to decisions. • Skilled at problem solving. • Strong communication skills - written and oral. • Excellent organizational skills. • Skilled in Microsoft Office products.
3-5 years experience as a Certified Epic Ambulatory Analyst
