• Conduct compassionate, ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat to support clients in their mental health journey.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients through their therapeutic processes, ensuring the highest levels of care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, drawing from assessment tools and client history to match specific needs.
• Facilitate client understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships, fostering insight and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of stable, low-acuity adult clients, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid, full license to practice independently in the state of Washington, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• Excellent computer literacy with an aptitude for using telehealth technology.

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling or therapy is preferred.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and technology-driven service delivery.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
