As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients while developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Build strong client relationships through professional, personalized service
• Educate clients about available benefit programs and answer questions
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate electronic client records
• Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment
