• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions for clients via video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities—focusing on solution-based techniques—to effectively address the unique therapeutic needs of each client.
• Craft tailored treatment plans that reflect the goals and needs of your clients, with an emphasis on personal insights and skill development.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to reinforce healthy coping mechanisms.
• Engage in peer support and consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques and share best practices.

This role primarily involves working with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. You will focus on empowering your clients to enhance their quality of life by providing tools and strategies that promote mental resilience and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued independent mental health counseling license (specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW). Please specify your credentials and license state in your application.
• No limited or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary history.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, resilience, and a genuine empathetic disposition when engaging with clients.
• Strong computer literacy and access to technology for conducting virtual sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role or related mental health field.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an awareness of cultural competence in mental health care.
• Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and electronic health record systems.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
