Located in Quincy, Massachusetts, our community health clinic emphasizes connecting independently licensed therapists with individuals seeking support. Our mission is to provide accessible and comprehensive mental health care through a therapist network that prioritizes client needs and therapist expertise.

Enjoy the benefits of a permanently remote work setting that offers the flexibility to create your own hours. We understand that work-life balance is crucial, and our model allows you to establish a personalized work schedule tailored to your needs. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a counseling role, particularly with client populations experiencing low to moderate acuity issues, will be considered an asset. Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or narrative therapy, will enhance your ability to connect effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Sign-on bonus for new hires to support your transition into our team.
  • Weekly direct deposit for timely financial support.
  • Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, promoting overall wellbeing.
