As a Real Estate Senior Tax Associate at our firm, you will complete reviews of Individual, Partnership, and S-Corporation tax returns as well as the corresponding workpapers that support those tax returns. Senior Tax Associates will also provide technical input on tax and accounting issues, research tax solutions, train less-experienced staff, and nurture client relationships.

Annual Salary + Bonus: $78,000-$90,000

Areas of Responsibility
  • Conduct first-level technical reviews of tax returns and supporting documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Consult with clients via email or phone, as needed, being responsive to their communications (24-48 hour turnaround time) and ensuring all client promises are delivered upon timely
  • Prepare complex tax returns involving 1031 transactions or Form 3115
  • Mentor and develop peers and associates through continuous feedback loops
  • Research complex tax issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Coordinate with federal and local tax authorities to resolve client notices
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and procedures
