• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate interactions.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults grappling with a broad array of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, relationship difficulties, and more. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys while fostering resilience and emotional strength.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy are essential for building rapport with clients and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong computer literacy skills are required to efficiently navigate our therapist platform and manage client interactions.

• Previous experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly in remote counseling settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and frameworks that enhance individual client care.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
