Your role will involve:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their feelings.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet individual client needs, fostering effective treatment outcomes.
• Developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and mental health challenges.
• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships, guiding them towards self-discovery.
• Monitoring client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary and teaching healthy coping strategies that enhance their quality of life.

Our primary focus is on providing assessment and treatment for stable, low-acuity adults. We understand the significance of customized care, and therefore, you will engage with clients presenting a broad spectrum of mental health issues. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Our goal is to empower clients, equipping them with the skills they need to navigate their lives more effectively.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on licensure; this role is open only to fully licensed professionals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate our all-in-one therapist platform seamlessly.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in telehealth settings, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a strong background in diverse therapeutic modalities. Experience in providing care to adults dealing with common mental health issues will also be beneficial.
