REMOTE BUT Must be local to Minnesota Metro or Southwest Metro areas.

Needed to start in July 2026

4 month contract

HRIS Functioanl Analyst with Payroll OR Integrations (CCB Preferred)

High Level Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
  • Support system enhancements, releases, and testing efforts
  • Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
  • Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation processes
  • Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed
  • Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor''''s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Approximately 3โ€“5 years of HRIS hands-on Workday system administration / support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT

Preferred Workday Experience:

Hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following Workday functional areas is preferred:

  • Integrations (CCB preferred)
  • Payroll

Work Details:

  • Start Date โ€“ As soon as a qualified candidate can be found and onboarded. Our goal would be have someone start late June / early July 2026.
  • End Date โ€“ Currently scheduled to end October 31, 2026
  • Expected hours to work per week โ€“ 30 โ€“ 35 hours / week
  • Work location โ€“ Minnesota Metro or Southwest Metro areas.
