HRIS Functioanl Analyst with Payroll OR Integrations (CCB Preferred)
High Level Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
- Support system enhancements, releases, and testing efforts
- Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation processes
- Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor''''s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Approximately 3โ5 years of HRIS hands-on Workday system administration / support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT
Preferred Workday Experience:
Hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following Workday functional areas is preferred:
- Integrations (CCB preferred)
- Payroll
Work Details:
- Start Date โ As soon as a qualified candidate can be found and onboarded. Our goal would be have someone start late June / early July 2026.
- End Date โ Currently scheduled to end October 31, 2026
- Expected hours to work per week โ 30 โ 35 hours / week
- Work location โ Minnesota Metro or Southwest Metro areas.
