Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical services to clients, developing and implementing person-centered and recovery-focused treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of clientsโ€™ treatment needs and progress to ensure the highest level of care is consistently provided.
  • Work collaboratively with clients in the creation and monitoring of individualized service plans, adapting strategies as necessary to support successful outcomes.
  • Engage clients in skill-building exercises, focusing on enhanced coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication techniques.
  • Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access, promoting greater integration into supportive networks.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily benefit adults aged 18 and older who face barriers to community stability and independence due to mental health issues. You will foster meaningful client relationships, working with a diverse population dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Licensure is mandatory. Acceptable credentials include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Ability to practice independently without supervision and absence of any disciplinary actions on your license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential for establishing rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and remote work technology is required, alongside a reliable internet connection.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
