  • Your skills include a foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting; computer networking certification preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent/higher level certification). CCNA encouraged for career progression.

  • You have an associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position. You must be able to:

  • Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include non-standard work hours, overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations).

  • Wear all required personal protective equipment.

  • You're a detail-oriented, collaborative problem solver with strong organization and communication skills, a disciplined approach to structured processes, and a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and delivering a positive customer experience.
