Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients across various geographic locations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other disorders, establishing a basis for individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy through secure virtual platforms, such as Telehealth, adapting treatment methodologies to meet the diverse preferences and objectives of each client.
• Facilitate sessions that include various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the client’s unique situation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, setting achievable therapeutic goals, progressing through treatment, and adjusting plans as necessary based on feedback and behavior.
• Document sessions promptly and accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. Our clients may come from different backgrounds and locations within Arizona, allowing you to apply your skills in a broad range of contexts while making a positive impact on their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building rapport and trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, critical for maintaining a structured and efficient caseload remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering virtual therapy services, demonstrating familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Proficient with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their application in various virtual settings.
• A background in working with specific populations, such as adolescents or veterans, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
