This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, documenting findings in a compliant manner.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote healing and resilience.
• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to respond to evolving needs.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients have access to appropriate resources during challenging times.
• Maintain an organized and confidential record-keeping system, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health care.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and provide peer support.
