The Complete Psychological Clinic is seeking a dedicated and licensed Virtual Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic remote team. This full-time position allows you to provide impactful mental health assessment and treatment to clients from the comfort of your home, offering flexibility and a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.

This position is 100% remote, providing the opportunity to work from home while staying connected with clients through telehealth sessions. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule within business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm), allowing for optimal work-life integration. There is no requirement for on-call duty, supporting your personal time and ensuring you can fully focus on your clinical responsibilities during allotted work hours.

• Conduct thorough one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, facilitating meaningful conversations focused on enhancing their mental health.
• Encourage open discussions about emotions, experiences, and relationships, helping clients develop greater self-awareness and insight.
• Advocate for clients’ needs, supporting them in establishing clear and actionable goals for their mental health journey.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions by utilizing a comprehensive analysis to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methods.
• Implement treatment strategies based on clinical experience, fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment.

Our primary focus is on adults experiencing a range of mental health issues who are stable and considered low-acuity. You will actively engage with clients to facilitate their recovery journey by equipping them with essential skills to improve their overall quality of life. Each client presents unique challenges and backgrounds, providing you with diverse therapeutic engagements that enrich your professional experience.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, candidates must possess one of the following independent licenses:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Strong computer literacy skills are essential, as you will be required to manage client records and utilize telehealth platforms effectively.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those with previous telehealth counseling experience and familiarity with teletherapy platforms will have an advantage. Experience in creating treatment plans and performing client evaluations based on best practices will also enhance your candidacy.
