Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Utilize your clinical experience to create accurate psychosocial diagnoses, tailoring approaches to individual client needs.
• Collaboratively develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans, ensuring alignment with clients' personal goals and circumstances.
• Employ a variety of evidence-based treatment methodologies, such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, and motivational interviewing, to deliver effective interventions.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with primary care providers and other clinicians to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client's care.
• Monitor patient progress through systematic tracking of treatment responses, adjusting plans as necessary to meet established goals.
• Facilitate adherence to psychotropic medication regimens, focusing on client education and addressing any side effects or concerns with prescribed treatments.

Qualifications
