Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
  • An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Nevada is required.
  • Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours, primarily from 4 PM to 7 PM, with weekend availability being a plus.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in providing positive behavior support to children with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience working with children ages 3-20, especially those with intellectual or developmental disabilities, will be highly regarded.
  • A valid driver's license along with a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes is essential.
  • Capability of passing a comprehensive criminal background check, inclusive of fingerprinting.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Atlantis Psychotherapy Service offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritizes mental well-being and development.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional growth and job training.
  • Group health coverage to support your physical and mental health needs.
  • Annual paid time off to recharge.
  • Short and long-term disability insurance, providing peace of mind.
  • A 401K plan to assist in your financial planning for the future.
