• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to establish their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities best suited to each client’s unique situation, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, and provide ongoing support, encouragement, and adjustments as necessary throughout their treatment journey.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously, tracking client progress and adapting treatment plans to align with their evolving needs.
• Engage in regular supervision and collaborative discussions with fellow network therapists to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality care.

As a licensed mental health therapist at Renewed Horizons Therapy, you will serve a diverse client population. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing rapport and therapeutic connections with clients through virtual mediums.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand and support clients in their unique experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage therapy sessions, documentation, and various administrative tasks remotely.

• Previous experience delivering remote therapy services, with familiarity in utilizing various digital platforms for telehealth practices.
• Experience working with different demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Proficiency in documentation and case management software to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
