Job description

Results-Driven Recruiter Needed to Build Elite Real Estate Teams

You love conversations that lead somewhere. You're energized by spotting potential fast, asking the right questions, and moving people toward a clear next step. You don't chase activity -you chase outcomes.

In this role, you'll spend your days talking with real estate professionals, qualifying motivation, and setting up high-quality conversations that matter. You'll have freedom, flexibility, and direct access to leadership- without micromanagement. If you're competitive, organized, persuasive, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is the kind of recruiting role where your effort directly turns into income and wins you can measure every week.

As a Real Estate Recruiter (1099 Contractor), you'll own the front end of our recruiting process across New England. Your day-to-day focuses on sourcing, screening, and booking qualified real estate agents and team leaders into meetings with our executive team.

You'll work remotely, manage your own pipeline, and use structured screening calls to assess experience, motivation, and culture fit. You'll schedule appointments through a shared calendar and work toward clear geographic recruiting targets. This is not an administrative role-it's a performance role built for someone who thrives on goals, conversations, and results.

Candor Investment Group is a fast-growing real estate investment and operations company expanding across New England, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine. We focus on building high-performance, investor-minded teams supported by strong systems and aligned leadership.

We don't believe in bloated teams or passive growth. Our model is intentional, data-driven, and people-focused. We work closely with our agents and leaders to ensure long-term success, accountability, and scalability. As we expand into new markets, we're committed to attracting professionals who value growth, execution, and results. At Candor, performance is rewarded, ownership is encouraged, and impact is visible.

If you're driven by results, confident on calls, and excited by building elite teams-not just filling roles-this is your opportunity. We're only looking for recruiters who want ownership, upside, and impact. Take the first step by completing our short Culture Index survey and show us how you think, work, and win.

  • Role: Real Estate Recruiter (1099 Contractor)
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Compensation:
    • $1,000 sign-on bonus
    • $100 per qualified appointment set
    • $500 for first deal closed by your hire
  • Focus markets: MA, CT, RI, NH, ME
  • Experience recruiting real estate talent preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through required
