Group Connect Mental Health Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) for a full-time remote position. This role is integral to providing essential mental health support and therapy to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to provide quality care from your home environment. • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, guiding the development of actionable treatment plans.
• Engage in remote therapy sessions, utilizing a blend of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate healing.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies that incorporate holistic approaches tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that all methodologies align with the latest evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress, including session notes and adjustments to treatment plans, in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary, engaging with other healthcare professionals to promote integrated care solutions tailored to each client.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mental health treatments.
• Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of clients as mandated by healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. We prioritize providing culturally sensitive care and developing tailored treatment strategies that respect and uplift the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party entity.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Outstanding communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide clear guidance and support, as well as the capacity to listen to clients with empathy and care.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient mental health setting will be highly regarded.

• Experience with diverse populations, including those with complex mental health needs.
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client scenarios.
• Familiarity with digital counseling platforms and telehealth technologies.
• Previous involvement in community mental health initiatives or support groups is advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
