Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Producers.
In this role, you will work directly with prospective clients, conduct needs-based consultations, and help individuals and families find life insurance solutions that fit their goals and circumstances.

Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities

Weekly Responsibilities
Attend training and coaching sessions
Submit insurance applications accurately and professionally
Review goals and performance metrics
Maintain compliance with company and carrier guidelines
Qualifications Required
Active Life and Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-discipline and ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and computer access
Professional and ethical approach to client interactions
Preferred
Sales experience
Customer service experience
Insurance or financial services background
Bilingual communication skills
Experience working in a remote environment

Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation.
Agents are compensated based on policies issued and paid according to carrier and company guidelines. Additional performance-based incentives and recognition opportunities may be available.
Compensation is not guaranteed and varies based on individual effort, production, market conditions, and business performance.
