Technical Project Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English) (Remote)
About the role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will make an impact by coordinating and driving the successful delivery of technology-focused initiatives across business and IT teams. You will be a valued member of the project delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure projects are executed effectively, risks are managed, and deliverables are completed on time.
In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, and documentation across multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
  • Track requirements, action items, risks, issues, and project dependencies in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, meeting materials, and other key project documentation.
  • Facilitate collaboration and information sharing using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and related project management tools.
  • Support the execution of technology-focused projects by proactively driving follow-up actions and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to project governance activities and support continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

What you need to have to be considered
  • Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar project delivery role.
  • Hands-on experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams in a professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tracking, reporting, analysis, and data management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience producing project documentation and coordinating activities across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with technology environments, including applications, infrastructure, or enterprise systems.

This will help you stand out
  • Experience supporting applications, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration programs.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until September 17th, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 68,422 to $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
