What You Will Work On
  • Serve as a strategic business partner across our three entities, providing financial
    insights to drive cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, and
    consistent reporting.
  • Partner with company leadership to provide actionable insights on pricing
    strategy, customer health, and key performance metrics.
  • Support the technology department by tracking project lifecycles and
    determining capitalization eligibility.
  • Partner with the Accounting team to assist with month-end close responsibilities
    and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Champion innovation by integrating AI and automation tools to enhance
    departmental performance and scale financial workflows.
  • Manage financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and
    financial consolidation across the organization.
  • Provide robust decision support through ROI modeling, budget-to-actual reviews,
    and cost-reduction initiatives to improve business unit health.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with a solid understanding of GAAP,
    financial statements, and advanced modeling concepts.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite is strongly preferred; expert proficiency in Excel and
    Google Business Apps.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI and
    automation to improve financial operations.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and influence skills to drive collaboration
    and influence across all levels of management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree is
    highly preferred.
  • Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred.
