• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, history, and treatment goals through clinical interviews and standardized tools.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and narrative therapy to provide individual, couples, and family counseling.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans for each client, closely monitoring progress and adapting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients through open dialogue and therapeutic techniques, and encourage clients in their journey toward emotional healing and positive change.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to all ethical practices, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations regarding mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, education, and collaboration with peers to stay abreast of current trends and best practices in mental health care.
• Foster and maintain trust and rapport with clients to create a safe space for personal exploration and growth.

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. This role embodies inclusivity, as we serve clients from different cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and age groups, ensuring that every individual receives personalized care that respects their unique needs and circumstances.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, preferably in private practice or community health environments.
• Demonstrated mastery of clinical assessment techniques, treatment planning, and the implementation of therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.

• Experience with electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms to enhance service delivery.
• Proficiency in providing therapy to clients with a variety of clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Background in developing and presenting educational workshops for clients or community groups is an asset.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes the potential for a sign-on bonus.
