• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to collect comprehensive information about clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to formulate and implement cohesive client-centered care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure client safety, implementing safety planning as required.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to foster community and peer support among clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and necessary administrative tasks in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

You will engage with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. As a social worker, you will play a crucial role in addressing these needs, fostering resilience, and facilitating transformative change.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, showcasing your expertise and knowledge in the field.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential for this role.
• At least two years of documented experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to handle complex cases effectively.
