Counselors will conduct therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, further enhancing access to care for clients. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment strategies for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches based on ongoing assessments and feedback while fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

As an LPC at Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a varied client base that may include children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach and expertise will play a crucial role in assisting clients in navigating their emotional landscapes and achieving personal growth.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field; however, preference may be given to candidates with a Master's degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical standards and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing for the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience in specialized areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse, family dynamics, or couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software applications.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities such as mindfulness-based therapies or play therapy is a plus.

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
