Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to establish a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic needs.
  • Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs and goals identified during assessments, fostering a safe environment for emotional exploration.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including billing information, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly to comply with the clinicโ€™s operational standards.
  • Develop crisis intervention strategies, safety plans, and relapse prevention plans to ensure patients maintain stable functioning and overall wellness.
  • Create effective discharge plans, enabling a smooth transition for patients as they progress in their recovery journey.
  • Adhere strictly to both federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to uphold the highest standards of ethical practice.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and competency in therapeutic practices through training and continuing education opportunities.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and collaborate on best practices in patient care.
  • Fulfill all licensure and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance and readiness to manage diverse clinical scenarios.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide services to a diverse client base with varying mental health needs. This includes but is not limited to individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
