Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients experiencing significant mental health issues and emotional distress, ensuring each session is tailored to their unique needs.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative care discussions to enhance treatment outcomes for clients, sharing insights and strategies for effective support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including screenings for mental health issues, to formulate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, using evidence-based techniques to stabilize clients in acute distress.

  • Provide education and guidance to clientsโ€™ families, equipping them with the tools and understanding necessary to support their loved ones during the hospice process.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution is required.
