As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and trauma. In particular, you will support individuals coping with addiction and co-occurring disorders, utilizing specialized training to approach these sensitive issues with care and professionalism.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in therapeutic methodologies that motivate and engage clients.
• Exceptional administrative skills to manage and document patient interactions effectively.

• Previous experience in a community health or clinic setting.
• Specialized training or extensive experience in addiction counseling.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy practices.

This position offers a competitive salary range from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base pay, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
