• Conduct in-depth assessment interviews and therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to determine their emotional, mental, and relational needs.
• Develop, implement, and manage personalized treatment plans that align with clients' objectives and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing immediate emotional distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, advocating for integrated approaches to care.
• Stay current on licensure requirements and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance your professional development.

Your primary focus will be working with diverse families and individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and relationship difficulties. You will provide services to clients from a wide range of backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects their individual circumstances. This role allows you to make a significant impact on clients’ lives as they navigate the complexities of addiction recovery and relationship restoration.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold an active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and maintain compliance with continuing education requirements.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working with individuals and groups in therapeutic settings, particularly in marriage and family contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services within a community health context, particularly with populations affected by addiction or trauma.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapy practices, demonstrating the ability to adapt traditional therapeutic techniques for remote delivery.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention settings or family therapy environments is a plus.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
