• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse client base.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients.

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will serve a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic emphasizes understanding each client's individual context and fostering a safe environment where they can express and work through their concerns.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a mental health therapist in the State of Illinois (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD), enabling you to provide independent therapeutic services.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or similar role is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team environment.
