• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client's mental health needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are responsive to the specific challenges faced by clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, employing techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support, and adaptations to care as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and therapeutic interventions to ensure continuity of care and compliance with health regulations.

The clients you will be serving are individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Our diverse patient population encompasses a broad demographic, which includes adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing therapists the opportunity to engage with and support a variety of perspectives and experiences.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build therapeutic rapport in a remote setting.
• A strong foundation in empathy and an understanding of diverse mental health challenges and client backgrounds.
• Ability to manage time effectively while balancing a caseload of clients and session documentation.

• Experience conducting remote counseling sessions and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in community health settings.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care approaches.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, which may vary based on your caseload and experience.
