Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to comprehensively understand each clientโ€™s mental health status and needs.
  • Develop and personalize treatment plans that align with the individual goals, preferences, and challenges faced by clients.
  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy for adult clients utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused brief therapy and cognitive-behavioral strategies.
  • Leverage teletherapy platforms to offer remote sessions, ensuring convenient access to therapy for clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, effectively responding to client emergencies and facilitating immediate support as needed.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending training, workshops, and learning opportunities to remain updated on the latest mental health best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse adult clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Possession of a masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards patients, fostering a non-judgmental therapeutic space.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage case records and maintain client confidentiality effectively.
