Key Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct group therapy sessions that foster support among participants, enabling them to share experiences and coping strategies.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to perform mental health screenings, assessing clients’ conditions and readiness for various therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care efforts and enhance multidisciplinary approaches for client treatment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and any observed changes in behavior as part of our commitment to continuous improvement in care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, ensuring that practice reflects the latest research and approaches in mental healthcare.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will work closely with diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, families, and couples, addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field, with a current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
