• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, as appropriate, engage families or couples in therapeutic discussions aimed at improving relationship dynamics.
• Design and conduct group therapy sessions that foster support among participants, enabling them to share experiences and coping strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to perform mental health screenings, assessing clients’ conditions and readiness for various therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care efforts and enhance multidisciplinary approaches for client treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and any observed changes in behavior as part of our commitment to continuous improvement in care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, ensuring that practice reflects the latest research and approaches in mental healthcare.

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will work closely with diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, families, and couples, addressing their unique therapeutic needs. The goal is to empower clients to develop coping skills and achieve personal growth, enhancing their overall quality of life.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field, with a current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of therapeutic modalities pertinent to individual and family therapy practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients to facilitate open and effective communication.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards concerning mental healthcare practices.

• An ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of direct experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating an ability to handle a varied caseload.
• Experience contributing to treatment planning for co-occurring disorders and integrating substance abuse treatment as needed.
• A background in working with children and adolescents, guiding families through complex emotional and relational challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and methods for delivering care remotely.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
