• Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health disorders to develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable treatment goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Deliver crisis intervention when required, ensuring that clients receive immediate support and referral to appropriate community resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and relevant conferences to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry trends.

The clients you will serve range from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and adjustment issues. Our approach is tailored to accommodate each client's unique background, cultural context, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Must possess a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of documented experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong command of evidence-based interventions and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and working collaboratively with colleagues.

• Clinical experience with diverse populations and various age groups is highly desirable.
• Keen understanding of trauma-informed care principles and strategies for effective crisis management.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
