Job Title: Salesforce Senior Deputy Project Manager
Location: Washington, D.C.
Position Type: Full-Time, W2

Overview:
Yudrio is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in Salesforce, specifically with Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud. This full-time role supports a federal government client and requires hands-on leadership in delivering Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will be a certified PMP with a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results within tight deadlines and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce projects with a focus on Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud implementations.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client needs and federal standards.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Identify risks and proactively manage issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and maintain all related documentation.
  • Apply federal project management standards and Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Salesforce Certification: Active certification verifiable in Trailhead
