• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client through thorough evaluations and initial assessments.
• Conduct therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a well-rounded approach to client care that includes behavioral, emotional, and social considerations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that client information is protected.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and methodologies by pursuing continuous professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing stress management issues, relationship conflicts, and challenges related to psychiatric conditions or substance use. • A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Strong understanding of state legal requirements and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check to ensure client safety and trust.
• Exceptional skills in maintaining client confidentiality, fostering a safe environment for mental health discussions.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing counseling services to psychiatric patients and/or working with substance abuse populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to perform basic computing tasks related to client documentation.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
