Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in mental health, your major responsibilities will encompass a variety of therapeutic services to young adults aged 18 to 30. These include:

  • Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection, support, and shared learning among participants, facilitating discussions that address their personal experiences and collective growth.
  • Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic therapy sessions that guide clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Develop individualized coping strategies and action plans tailored to their unique life circumstances.
  • Therapy Planning: Collaborate with clients to design customized therapeutic programs that target specific goals and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach that resonates with each individual.

Qualifications
