• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities for therapeutic intervention.

• Work closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, effectively measuring progress through ongoing discussions and reassessment of strategies.
• Offer flexible teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring access to mental health support for those facing geographical or physical accessibility challenges.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation that fulfills ethical and regulatory standards, safeguarding client confidentiality and treatment accuracy.

• A background in trauma-informed care or experience working with specific populations, such as children and adolescents, is a plus.
• Prior involvement in community mental health initiatives or outreach programs is advantageous.

• Competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 80,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload.
