• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop precise, tailored therapy strategies aligned with their individual needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide support to a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families, during therapy sessions, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• An understanding of legal and ethical standards related to professional counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of meaningful rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Specialization or experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or treatment of substance use disorders is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies to streamline documentation and client management.

The annual salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
