• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that promote interaction, support, and shared learning among clients, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions where you will empathetically explore clients' thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, aiding them in developing effective coping strategies.
• Collaborative Treatment Planning: Work closely with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented. Collaborate with your clients to ensure their specific needs and values guide the therapeutic process.

• Master’s Degree: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a similar field.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
