This role is traditionally performed in a remote setting, facilitating accessibility and comfort for both staff and clients. • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for children and adolescents, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family therapy to promote healing and resilience.
• Employ behavior management strategies that cater to client-specific challenges, ensuring that treatment aligns with their developmental stages and personal circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant medical records, documenting client progress and treatment changes in adherence to state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and peer supervision sessions to exchange insights, case consultations, and best practices that enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Commit to continuous professional development by attending workshops and training that refine therapeutic skills and expand knowledge of innovative treatment modalities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on children and adolescents, understanding their unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related issues. You will engage with clients and their families to create a safe therapeutic space, fostering trust and rapport that enables effective engagement in the healing process.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or certification as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a successful track record in therapeutic treatment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred.

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Professional training in trauma-informed care or specialized therapy techniques is advantageous.
• Active involvement in community outreach or therapeutic service programs is a plus.
