• Conduct comprehensive assessments by meeting weekly with clients to determine their mental health status and emotional needs.
• Develop individualized therapy plans that utilize evidence-based treatment approaches and are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with effective coping strategies and therapeutic resources to overcome their challenges.
• Provide necessary referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or specialized therapists, when additional support is required.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

In your role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, each presenting unique mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. A significant aspect of this position involves cultivating trust and understanding the nuanced cultural factors that influence mental health. Your ability to deliver culturally responsive care will be essential in fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in the mental health field, demonstrating depth in clinical practice.
• A robust understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and a solid grasp of computer applications related to therapy management.
• A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries with clients.

• Experience in delivering therapy in community settings or outpatient environments.
• Expertise in crisis intervention techniques and the capacity to de-escalate challenging situations effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients across various demographics.
