• Establish and maintain positive, trusting rapport with each patient to foster a safe and open therapeutic environment.
• Diagnose various mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments, refining your approach based on each patient's unique circumstances.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, tailored specifically to address patient needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic techniques to promote mental well-being.
• Monitor and assess patient progress continuously, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare providers, when needed, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to understand and address the complexities of family dynamics, alongside a commitment to the principles of inclusivity and empathy, will be essential in delivering effective therapeutic interventions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your role will be pivotal in guiding them towards recovery and empowerment.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients in challenging situations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning in the field of mental health.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, particularly working with co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge and implementation of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment.
• Previous experience in a community health setting is a plus, allowing for better understanding of our patient demographics.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
