  • Participate actively in team meetings and committees, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and collaborative treatment planning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing complex mental health challenges associated with addiction and detoxification. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial in establishing effective therapeutic relationships. • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Competency in addressing age-related and specialty issues related to the developmental lifecycle of clients.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is strongly preferred, specifically within mental health or addiction services.
  • Expertise in crisis management, risk assessment, and advanced treatment methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience working in underserved populations or community health settings will be particularly beneficial.
